My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making my experience start off on a positive note. The mattress was comfy, which I appreciated so much after a long journey. However, I ran into some issues with my assigned room being under renovation and received a less-than-ideal alternative that had outdated furnishings. The pool was also a major letdown, as it was closed when I anticipated being able to swim. Overall, while the value for money was decent, the inconveniences made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
